Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with WandoMix.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all transactions between WandoMix (operating at wando-mix.it.com, "WandoMix", "we", "us") and customers ("you", "the Buyer") for the supply of PVC windows, doors, and related glazing products ("Products"). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All orders are subject to written acceptance by WandoMix. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order without obligation to give reasons.
Custom-manufactured products (non-standard dimensions, colours, or specifications) are non-cancellable once manufacturing has commenced, typically 48 hours after order confirmation.
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless stated otherwise. Prices in quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date. WandoMix accepts bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), SEPA, Visa, and Mastercard. A 50% deposit is required on orders exceeding €5,000; the balance is due prior to dispatch. WandoMix reserves title in all Products until payment is received in full.
Delivery timescales are indicative and not contractually binding unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the agreed address or upon collection by the Buyer's carrier. Shortages or visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt and reported to WandoMix within 48 hours of delivery.
All Products are manufactured in accordance with the specification confirmed in the order acknowledgement. Minor variations in colour (within RAL tolerance ΔE ≤ 2.0) or dimension (within ±2 mm of nominal) are permissible and do not constitute defects. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify measurements before ordering.
WandoMix provides a 10-year warranty on profiles against defects in materials and workmanship, and a 5-year warranty on hardware components. The warranty is void if: (a) Products are not installed by a qualified installer; (b) Products are modified after delivery; (c) damage results from accident, misuse, or environmental factors outside the specified operating range. WandoMix's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a supply contract shall not exceed the invoice value of the Products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses including loss of profit, delay costs, or remedial installation costs unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Standard catalogue products may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original packaging, and undamaged. Return freight is the Buyer's responsibility. Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of returned goods.
WandoMix processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you acknowledge that data processing is necessary for contract performance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union as applicable to electronic commerce. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration under UNCITRAL rules. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
WandoMix may amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the date of your order confirmation governs that transaction.
